Will AI replace human estate agents?
AI will not replace great estate agents, but it can give the agents who use it a decisive advantage.
There’s so much negative bias about AI in the press that people are understandably cautious. But they are also kind of fascinated. Watching recent videos of a Chinese two-legged robot called Lightning smashing Usain Bolt’s world record for the 100-meter sprint certainly made for compulsive viewing!
Impressive as that was, will Lightning’s achievement negatively impact the future of human athletes? Unlikely. Athletes understand that realistically Lightning is not a competitor for them to try and beat in a race, although when a machine sets new standards, it is human nature to try and chase after that standard.
